Agent management on the basis of queue/team

  • Advisor management should be possible at a per advisor level but also a queue / team level – so that managers with big teams can make changes for their whole team, instead of one by one

  • On the MRDs, Agent Attributes, and other relevant pages, we should be able to view / filter agents based on queues or teams so that I can select all members of a team/queue, deselect all or select multiple or a few of them to change settings
