Agent's Recent Conversations History

As an agent, I should be able to see my recent conversations history that I dealt with so that I know how many conversations I have answered/ dialed in the current logged in session.

Acceptance Criteria:

When

I log in to AgentDesk

Then

I should be able to see on my dashboard the list of recent conversations of mine

This includes both incoming and outgoing conversations that I dealt with

Should also include transferred conversations as well
